This accident you are referring to involved my father, Richard Kelson. He owned his property since 1981. It is a tragic and terrible loss for our family. A day does not pass that I do not think of him and how horrible his death was and what the last thoughts through his mind were. There needs to be more done to prevent these things from happening. Just to inform you there is no warning signal!
